WORKING WITH / INBETWEEN / AROUND SPACE (2023)

The work describes a study of space and spatiality in relation to time and perspective. It describes the idea of space. Can I perceive a space that does not exist?

By showing different perspectives of the cameras, a dialogue about the given and the imagined space opens up. The perceived space is only shown on a two-dimensional surface. The three-dimensionality of the space exists only in the mind of the viewer.

The focus is on the temporality of perception. By using live transmission and pre-recorded video, time is perceived as a visual perspective. Through interaction with the space, the viewer becomes implicated in this non-linear representation of time.
